We co-create radical change in our school communities with students, families and educators by using agency, empathy, and belonging

We are uniting schools with a shared objective to nurture our students’ empathy, belonging, and agency with themselves, their communities, and their world.

To do our work, we listen to the direction of the education community, including students, families, and educators, in such things as guiding our students to co-create across differences, centering equity, and supporting all children in leading empathetic, just change in the world.

We bring our leaders and educators together across our schools to make this mission come to life through student, parent/caregiver and educator agency in school policy, learner agency in the classroom, and authentic learning experiences in the community.

Founded in Denver, Colorado in 2022, the educators, community members, and parents on our team have worked in education communities in 9 countries across the world and 28 states in the United States.

Our beliefs are that empathy, agency, and belonging support thriving students in every education community – but those values, and how we support, manifests differently in each and every community.

We work with educational communities in many different ways: evaluation, community engagement, and policy changes.
